Cool temps, and urban; all that was needed was a little green, and I was able to find a few French Quarters partiers . The I10 corridor also provide several additional Monarch sighting. There is miles upon miles of Spanish Needles whitening the shoulders through all of the Mississippi Gulf Coast,
