Sighting for July 26, 2022

Sunny with a light breeze and 64° when I began at 6:05pm and 63° as I finished at 7:05pm. The bog was very wet after recent rains and the mosquitos were a nuisance. Conservative count of Dorcas Coppers, which were found in the southeast and northwest parts of the bog but in numbers that were less than a couple of weeks ago. Many were quite worn. I had a quick sighting of a Snowshoe Hare in summer brown as it hopped off the trail that circles the bog.
