New Sighting
Sunny with temperatures in the mid to high seventies and windy from 12:20 to 4pm. I saw Red-disked Alpines at this location on 7/4/2021 and hoped for them again today. With the warm, dry weather this summer I suspect their flight season may have finished early as I didn’t find any at all this afternoon. Palaeno Sulphurs were abundant but butterflies of other species were scarce.
