It was nice to see more wildflowers blooming today on these trails; some of the nectar sources I recognized were Sweet Yellow Clover, Milkweed, Knapweed, Thistle and bindweed. Two species flew by me on the trail; a Crescent, most likely a Pale or a Mylitta, as well as a Fritillary species.
10:15-12:15, sunny, breezy, high 80’s, elevation about 5600 feet.
