Our first of the season survey this year of this area in the Cascade-Siskiyou Nat’l Monument. Early for grass skippers. Our 1st last year, which was also a drought year, was 4/22. Our 1st Colombians were 4/30 last year. Common Buckeyes were already quite worn. Overall, our numbers were much higher than this time last year.
