sunny to partly cloudy, high 70’s low 80’s, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Large patches of Milkweed was everywhere along entry road with 100’s of butterflies. Big numbers of large fritillaries, mostly Great Spangle Fritillaries. Only Atlantis is in photograph. Photo show blowup of grayish-blue eyes in upper right corner. Grass skippers galore, impossible to say how many of most species.
