From 930-1145. Target species was Red-banded Hairstreak (we stopped looking/counting at 40). The total number of butterflies was surprisingly high. Cloudless Sulphur was FOY for both of us, though a few have been around.
(Passed right by us but too fast to get a post-worthy shot). Over half the red banded hairstreaks were on winged sumac blooms.
