Hurd Corners is located at the intersection of the Appalachian Trail and Route 22, just north of Pawling. Rich Kelly told us about this place as a reliable spot for Meadow Fritillaries. We managed to see three; a bonus sighting was two Dion Skippers - what a year it has been for Dions in NYS.
