Sighting for March 12, 2020

John and Nancy Crosby

Harris Neck NWR
McIntosh County, GA

It was 80 degrees and sunny. Thistle was blooming along with briars and a few smaller ones. We checked out the plum trees with hopes of a Great Blue Hairstreak usually found there. And checked the Junipers for a Sweadner’s but found none. The usual early Red Admirals were missing at Woody Pond Dam.
