Sighting for September 13, 2019

Sunny in early afternoon with temp of 87 degrees, and humidity returned. Saw 4 Monarchs along busy metro traffic. A male Black Swallowtail emerged from chrysalis and was released from certified garden $ 2490 after its wings had dried.
